Why I Created This Website
Hi, my name is Morten, and I created OCDQuiz.com because I know how confusing and overwhelming it can be to wonder:
“Do I have OCD, or is this just normal anxiety?”
I am not a medical professional, but I’ve spent years learning about obsessive–compulsive disorder through personal experience, research, and talking with others who live with it. This website is my way of sharing helpful tools, resources, and quizzes that make it easier to understand OCD symptoms and tendencies.
What You’ll Find Here
- Quizzes that help you reflect on your own thoughts and behaviors.
- Easy-to-understand explanations of how OCD works, based on trusted sources like the DSM-5 (the diagnostic manual used by mental health professionals), the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), and the American Psychiatric Association.
- Resources and next steps if you want to learn more or consider speaking with a professional.
Important Note
The quizzes and articles on this site are for informational and educational purposes only. They cannot provide a medical diagnosis. Only a qualified mental health professional can diagnose OCD or any other condition.
If you find that your symptoms are affecting your daily life, I strongly encourage you to reach out to a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or healthcare provider.
Our Commitment to Trust & Accuracy
- We reference trusted sources like the DSM-5, Mayo Clinic, NHS, and NIMH.
- Content is regularly updated to reflect the latest research.
- We are transparent: this website is run by me, a real person, not a faceless company.
